Evelyn is what most would call a dark beauty, she has black hair that is put into two piggytails and she leaves some of her front hair to just hang how it wishes. Her eyes are blue and always covered in makeup. She wears think eyeliner, mascara, and blue eyeshadow that is modeled after the sphinx. Evelyn stands at 5 ft 6 ins and is 150 lbs pure muscle. After her mother's death her adoptive father put her through the same training he did at the acedemy as she said she wanted to join the force to find her mother's killer. To be honest it is a habit now to work out and it keeps her in shape.

Evelyn's clothes are very much her own style and is representive of her. It is a very formal seeming combat outfit. She wears a black button-up top that has a large collar, on that collar lies a blue jem that she sewed on. This jem was givin to her by her mother as a gift and it is the last thing of her she has. She wears a tiny purple tie with this shirt. Evelyn wears a fancy purple jump suit over this. It has no straps or sleeves and is a sweetheart cut. She also has a thing for vests so she has a black vest ontop. She wears a belt on her waist and has black boots that reach the middle of her shin and a pair of socks that reach her mid thighs. She usually wears a black jacket or a tan fluffy coat when she goes out depending on the weather outside.

Personality:
Evelyn has a one track mind. She is completely focused on finding out who killed her mother and freeing her father. She doesn't really focus on anything else than that. If she has to sleep with someone to get information then she will. Even though she is incredibly smart and is able to read people's actions easily, she can be clueless, one reason she is clueless is that she has no idea that her adoptive brother has a thing for her. She is very reckless and would do anything to figure out any hints. She does not see things for what they really are as she is an idealist and doesn't like looking at the realism.

Backstory:
Evelyn was born in a quaint little home in the city. She was raised by a mother who stayed at home and a father who was writer for supernatural stories. She said she always wanted to be like her father and become a writer. One day while out and about at night with her mother, they were coming home from the store when a strange man was following her and her mother. Evelyn's mother told her to go hide behind the dumpster when they turned into the alley. Her mother began spoking with the mystery man and he restrained her. Before she knew it her mother lie dead on the ground and was bleeding and the man was gone. When asked what happened Evelyn said "A man in black attacked her, he feed on her life." Most people thought this was because of her wild imagination and arrested her father for her mother's murder.

Since she had no one to live with after her father's arrest, she was adopted by a police officer that had been on the case. She became very depressed and began dressing in black to mourn the death of her mother and the loss of her father. She never really was goth but she always found it easier to dress in black. She adopted the title and began doing the "normal" stuff a goth would do. He raised her into a wonderful woman, after her 18th birthday she moved out into a small apartment. She is forever trying to figure out who actually killed her mother and why. This also leads Evelyn to create journals of people who it could be and theories. Her adopted father hadn't heard from her for a while and became worried, he sent her step-brother to check on her and found her theorising and just having stress meltdowns. Even though she wouldn't want to admit it her adopted family cares for her so much and she knows it.
